Sunday School, Grades 1 through 6, at 10:30. Please see Jane Taylor.

The Men’s Group Bible Study will be caroling during the evening of Saturday, December 21 in the Del Ray neighborhood. Bring yourselves, wives, girlfriends, children, guests to join us in this community ministry singing! We will be assembling in the church parking lot about 6:30 p.m.

Friday, December 20 at 7:30 p.m. we will have Lessons and Carols in Advent.

Here is our Christmas Schedule:
Tuesday, December 24 at 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
Wednesday, December 25 at Noon
Thursday, December 26, St. Stephen, at Noon
Friday, December 27, St. John, at Noon
Saturday, December 28, Holy Innocents, at Noon.

Morning Prayer at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, December 29 will be our traditional service of Lessons and Carols in Christmas.

The next Men’s Bible Study will be on Saturday, December 21 at 8:30 a.m.

Poinsettias: Please use the detailed form located on the Narthex table if you wish to give poinsettias in Memory of, or in Thanksgiving, for our display.

Greening of the Church: Mark your calendars now for Monday, December 23, beginning at 10:30 a.m. This is when we will be decorating the church for Christmas. There are many things to do – both big and small – so many hands are needed. Sign up on the sheet on the Bulletin Board.

Animal Allies has great need. Please bring in food & bedding for their kittens.

Due to expressed interest, we will begin a weekly daytime Bible Study on Wednesday, January 8. All are welcome—please join us and bring a friend. We will start at 10:30 A.M. and finish in time for the Noon healing service. Our first study will be the Gospel of Mark, and the text will be Mark for Everyone, by N. T. Wright, the retired Bishop of Durham (Church of England) and a gifted writer. If interested, please contact Bob Boyd (703-973-7329 (C), 703-751-4774 (H), bobboyd72@aol.com (e-mail) so we can order enough books and have them ready for pickup in advance.
