Weekly Schedule:

Tuesday at Noon – Holy Communion.
Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. – Bible Study.
Wednesday at Noon – Holy Communion.
Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. – Bible Study.

Sunday School, Grades 1 through 6, at 10:30. Please see Jane Taylor. Salvation Army Food Bank: Collection is Sunday, June 15.

Vestry Meeting:  Tuesday, June 17, at 7:30 p.m., in the undercroft.

The next Men’s Bible Study will be on Saturday, June 21 at 8:30 a.m., under the cuisine direction of Chef Boy-ar-Crump and the spiritual direction of Fr. John, with Bob Boyd continuing to direct us in discussion.

Grounds Day, Saturday, June 7. We had a major workday in April and will have another in October, but shrubs and weeds don’t stop growing! The first Saturday of each summer month, therefore, is designated as “Grounds Day” to do minor weeding, trimming, and repotting, as needed. Anyone who would like to help will be welcome. We’ll begin about 9:00 and plan to work for a couple of hours. Come when you can, for as long as you can. Please bring hat, gloves, and favorite gardening tools. Call Jane Taylor, (703) 978-6037, with questions or suggestions.

An easy but nice way to support the church is to give Altar Flowers. By signing up on the Flower Chart on our Bulletin Board and giving a check for up to $50, your words of thanksgiving or loving memory for someone dear to you will appear in this bulletin. Sign up for a day that is important to you, or just for the pleasure of seeing flowers on the altar that reflect your thoughtful gift!

Advance notice: Col. Samuel Rhodes will be laid to rest in the Arlington National Cemetery on Tuesday, June 17, at 11.am. Details to follow.

If you are on Facebook, please visit the Parish Facebook page and sign up!
